Rules for using NoCensGen

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. Do not use the service if you are under the legal age in your country.

Accounts

Sign-in is provided by Google or Telegram. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in provider secure. We may suspend or block an account that violates these terms or creates a security or payment risk.

Credits and payments

Generations are paid for with credits. Credits can be purchased with cryptocurrency or Telegram Stars at the prices shown in the checkout. Credits do not expire and do not create a subscription. Except where required by law, completed purchases are non-refundable. Fraudulent payments, chargebacks and payment abuse may result in suspension.

Acceptable use

You must not use NoCensGen to create or share:

• sexual content involving minors or any illegal content;
• non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment, threats or targeted abuse;
• content that infringes copyright, trademark or other third-party rights;
• malware, phishing material or attempts to bypass security controls;
• content intended to impersonate a real person in a misleading way.

AI-generated content

Generated images are produced by a machine-learning model and may be inaccurate, offensive or unexpected. You are responsible for your prompts and for how you use the output. Rights in generated content depend on applicable law and any third-party rights involved; NoCensGen does not guarantee that an output is unique or free of third-party rights.

Availability

The service depends on GPU providers, payment providers and sign-in providers. We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoCensGen is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost content or services provided by third parties. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how account, generation and payment data are handled.

Changes

We may update these terms when the service changes. The current version is always published on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
