Refund policy for credit purchases
Credits are a digital product and are delivered immediately after payment confirmation. This page explains when a refund may be available and how to request one.

Digital credits
Credit packs are digital goods. Once credits have been added to your account they are available immediately and are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
When we review a refund
- a payment was charged more than once for the same order;
- credits were paid for but never appeared on the account;
- an unauthorized transaction is confirmed by the payment provider;
- a refund is required by the consumer law that applies to you.
What is not refundable
Credits already spent on a generation are not refundable, including when the result does not match your expectations or when a generation fails after the provider accepted the job. Unused credits remain on your account and do not expire.
How to request a review
Contact the support channel provided with the service and include the account email or Telegram username, the approximate payment time, the provider and the amount. Do not send private keys, seed phrases or card credentials. Payment providers may require their own dispute process; a chargeback can suspend the account while the dispute is investigated.
